Further development of the Stick Pack for dosing mini tablets
The latest new design of the Stick Pack masschine enables precise dosing for mini-tablets to meet the requirements of the modern pharmaceutical industry.

Andreas Siebler at T.E.S. GMBH
Andreas Siebler has been managing T.E.S. in Pfinztal since March 2023. T.E.S. belongs to CAM and was founded in 1988. Our proven machine program of stick pack and wrapping machines is still available. With our support the production and distribution is done by the company S & G in Pfinztal.

New stick pack put into operation
This week we put a stick pack machine with two interchangeable format sets and dosages into operation for the customer. The packaging machine also has a servo drive and a plug and play changeover.
Satisfied customer
We received this picture as a message about the delivery of an EZ2 component. The revolver of an older packaging machine was defective. We were able to deliver the spare part within 2 days and we are happy about the satisfied customer.
10 days to production
'HATS OFF!' said a customer from the chemical industry. After a supplier failed him, he got the recommendation to ask AS Packaging Machines for a solution. We had a ready-made stick pack machine in stock, but not set up on 48 mm-sized, water-soluble film and 40 grams of powder in the bag.
Our flexibility made it possible to complete a production machine equipped to customer requirements within 10 days.

Satisfied costumer
Two 4-lane machines for filling sticks with honey have been in production here since 2015. The customer ordered another 4-lane machine at the beginning of the new year.
New movie: Stick Pack SP4 with Servo drive
Two-lane stick pack machine to fill pharmaceutical powders for delivery to the Far East. Its special feature is that small quantities of 100 to 1,500 mg per stick can be filled with an accuracy of 2%. Per stick with two different powders through its own double dosing.
Loading of two wrapping machines EZ31
The further developed EZ31 was successfully removed and delivered by the customer in August.
Installation and commissioning of Stick Pack
In March, a two-lane StickPack new machine goes to customer and is bringing into service.

A reputable customer gives us the confidence again and orders two further wrapping machines type EZ31. Proven technology of the curve-controlled machines additionally with various modern SIEMENS servo drives.

New Stick Pack to Madrid
With our partner Hauser we supplied a Stick Pack to a Spanish pharmacist in Madrid. Through a special dosing system from the company Hibar, it is possible to fill pharmaceutical paste like vaseline.
